This tool stamps every page of a PDF with a footer such as Page 3 of 12, so anyone reading it can refer to a specific page without ambiguity. Lawyers add page numbers to bundles of exhibits before a hearing, so a judge or opposing counsel can be pointed to page 47 directly.
