What does the image to PDF tool do?
This tool converts one or more image files into a single PDF document. Each image you add becomes its own page. It is useful for turning phone photos of documents, receipts, homework, or sign-in sheets into one shareable PDF. You can pick A4 or US Letter page size before creating the file. The PDF is built in your browser and downloaded directly to your device.
Are my photos and images kept private?
Yes. Images are read from your device and rendered into PDF pages locally. They are not uploaded to Justools servers for conversion, backup, or training. We do not keep a gallery of your files. Your session may be stored in local browser storage so a refresh does not erase your list, but that copy stays on your hardware until you clear it.
Which image formats can I convert?
The tool accepts JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP files. You can add up to 10 images per job, and each image can be up to 25 MB. HEIC files from some iPhones are not supported directly; export or save as JPG first in your Photos app if needed. Transparent PNGs are preserved where the PDF format allows.
How does page size affect the final PDF?
A4 and US Letter are standard paper sizes. The tool places each image on a page of the size you select, scaling the image to fit while keeping its aspect ratio. Wider photos may show white margins on the top and bottom. Taller screenshots may show margins on the sides. Pick the size that matches how you plan to print or share the document.
Will my images still be here after I refresh the page?
In the same browser, your image list and page size choice are usually restored until you tap Clear images. This uses local storage on your device, not our servers. Private windows or strict browser privacy settings may not keep the list after you close the tab.
Why is this tool free?
Justools offers free utilities supported by display advertising. There is no account required, no per-file fee, and no subscription to convert images to PDF. Ads are placed below the tool area so they do not block the upload or download buttons.
Can I mix portrait and landscape images in one PDF?
Yes. Each image is placed on its own page. Portrait and landscape photos can appear in the same PDF. The page itself stays A4 or Letter; the image is centred and scaled to fit within that page. Reorder pages before creating the PDF if the sequence matters for printing.
