The service

Justools provides free browser-based utilities and related informational pages. Features may change, and tools may be added, updated, or removed at any time.

Most file tools process content on your device. You remain responsible for the files you choose to process and for complying with applicable law when using the tools.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer systems beyond what is allowed for interoperability, scraping in a way that harms the service, uploading or processing unlawful content, or using tools to violate others’ rights.

You must only process files you have the right to use.

No accounts (for core tools)

Core Justools tools do not require an account. If we add optional accounts or paid features later, additional terms may apply.

Advertising

The site is supported by display advertising (including Google AdSense). Ads are intended to stay outside the main tool controls. Ad content is provided by third parties and is not an endorsement by Justools.

Intellectual property

Justools branding, site design, and original site content are owned by Justools or its licensors. Tools may rely on open-source libraries subject to their own licenses.

You retain rights to your own files. We do not claim ownership of content you process locally in your browser.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your requirements. Always keep your own backups before processing important files.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Justools and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the site or tools.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero for free tools) or the minimum amount required by law.

Calculators and informational content

Calculators and similar tools provide general estimates and information only. They are not financial, medical, legal, tax, immigration, or other professional advice. See also the Disclaimer page.

Third-party services

The site may load third-party services such as analytics, consent tooling, and advertising. Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies in addition to ours.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or stop providing the site or any tool at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Australia may have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
